I've photo matched it to the game on 11/26/20 vs the "Washington Football Team" and that season they wore the 60th anniversary patch, but the team took the patch off and you can see ghosting on where it was. Covid tracker pouche has been removed as well but can see where it was. The jersey was also used on 11/29/18 vs the Saints, 9/22/19 vs the Dolphins, and 11/24/19 vs the Patriots according to the Prova tag lookup I've done on their website.

There is also evidence of it used to having the 100th anniversary NFL shield on it as well, but that was replaced with the regular one for the 2020 season. I have a team issued 60th anniversary patch I will throw in as well if you are wanting to put it back on the jersey.
