Jacket was used sometime during the early to late 2000's and worn by a Dallas Cowboys player on the sideline during games. This jacket does not have arm holes. It fits over the shoulder pads, has button snaps up the front and has pockets located inside the jacket for hands. The inner line can unzip and be removed from cold weather to rainy weather. I was able to find a few pictures of Dallas Cowboys players from that era wearing this style of jacket.
